This past Friday, I proudly became an alum of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program—and I can honestly say, these last 14 weeks have been life-changing.
When I applied, I hoped to sharpen my skills and gain tools to scale Lil’ Marco and Friends, LLC. What I didn’t expect was the community—the friendships, the accountability, and the encouragement that challenged me to think bigger and reminded me that entrepreneurship is about more than numbers. It’s about purpose, alignment, and legacy.
The program stretched me. For 90 days, I balanced family, business, and personal life—sacrificing late nights and energy, while still committing to deep reflection and growth. I walked away with a stronger business strategy, but also with a deeper sense of confidence and vision.

Through 10KSB, I walked away with more than just knowledge—I gained a clear growth plan, strategies to scale with purpose, and a network of entrepreneurs who both challenge and uplift me.
The vision for Lil’ Marco and Friends has always been bold, but now we are equipped with the tools and confidence to bring it to life in even greater ways.
I am especially thankful for the 10KSB team, faculty, mentors, and my cohort for believing in this journey and pouring into my growth. And a special thank you to the Goldman Sachs Business Advisors, whose wisdom and guidance made this experience truly transformative.
