Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend ship within 1–2 business days of the following Monday. During the holiday season, please allow a little extra time.

Signed copies: Requesting a signed, personalized book? Just add the child’s name in the order note in your cart — signing won’t delay your order.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Carrier: All orders ship via USPS.

Shipping costs: Enjoy free shipping on orders of $40 or more! For orders under $40, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@lilmarcoandfriends.com and we’ll make it right.
